Extremely quiet operation and rugged construction make the 60,000 BTU KFUF060-C2G fan coil unit ideal for heavy traffic and public areas. It arrives pre-vacuumed and can be installed on the ceiling, low on a wall or on the floor. Includes slide out washable air filter and wireless remote control. Choose from cooling, fan and dehumidification modes. Features 24-hour timer, sleep mode and auto restart.

Directional air flow: Using the included remote control, manually adjust the airflow direction or set the unit to auto swing. This ensures that your commercial space is cooled evenly and prevents a continuous blast of cold air in one direction.  This is especially important in commercial applications such as hydroponic indoor gardens or restaurants, both of which are ideally suited for commercial mini-split air conditioner systems.

XN460 Outdoor Unit 

Special sound dampening features on this 5 Ton condensor ensure that the outdoor air conditioner condenser delivers its powerful 60,000 BTU capacity without disturbing you or your neighbors.  The near-silent operation is owed to the condenser fan system, which includes a three-bladed fan encased in a heavy-gauge galvanized steel louvered cabinet with noise suppressing features. The outdoor cabinet is attractive and durable. Features architectural gray powder-paint finish with 500-hour salt-spray approval. 

Outdoor unit has single-panel access to controls with space provided for field-installed accessories. When properly anchored, the unit meets the 2010 Florida Building Code unit integrity requirements for hurricane-type winds (anchor bracket kits available).
